WNDSSP : DEREHAM CLUSTER (BIG SCHOOLS) SPORTSHALL ATHLETICS

ARRIVE : 1330pm for 1400Hrs Start
ESTIMATED FINISH TIME : 1615-1630Hrs
Transport will be provided for attending schools -iff booked by 17th DEC
This is the qualifying heat for the SSP Sportshall Finals on January 27th
Attending schools should have a team of 16 (8xBoys/8xGirls) from Y5/6
Athletes will undertake a rotation of field events followed by a series of Races.
Field event examples;
Chest Push/Foam javelin/Speed bounce/Standing LJ/Standing TJ
Track Example :
1+1 Lap relay / 2+2 lap relay / 6 lap parlauf (2B / 2G for each) / 4x1 lap relay (4B/4G)
The competition winners will be the SCHOOL WITH THE BEST COMBINED BOYS/GIRLS SCORE.
Qualifying teams for the WNDSSP Finals in JAN will be the TOP 2 Boys and TOP 2 Girls Teams.
