Yr7 Sportshall Athletics Jumps Into Action!

All 6 of our Partnership High Schools came together for our annual Year 7 Sportshall Athletics competition, held at Taverham High School.

Despite there no longer being a county final for this particular age group, it was great to see all of our Schools present and the children still showing huge levels of enthusiasm, committment & skill throughout.

The event kicked off with some Relay races, before it was the turn of the Field events to take centre stage as the excitement continued to build throughout. The competition was then concluded with some final races ensuring that all the children present got to compete in at least two Relay races & 1 field event.

After the points were tallied up the final results were as follows...

2nd   TAVERHAM HIGH   153pts

3rd   REEPHAM HIGH   127pts

4th   NEATHERD HIGH   118pts

4th   ORMISTON VICTORY   118pts

6th   NORTHGATE HIGH   106pts

We will see if Hellesdon can defend their crown with next year's Yr7 intake!
