Secondary Alternative Sports Festival!

Year 9 students from around the Partnership came together to take part in a Alternative Sports Festival which included Dodgeball, Handball & Ultimate Frisbee.

Under the watchful eye of some great Leaders, the students got to try these activities out with the hope it will inspire them to become more active both back in their School setting & out in the community.

Students were also asked to fill in a short survey about each sport, indicating whether they would like to do it again or not in the hope that information will help PE Departments shape what they offer their pupils.

Thank you to all the Schools who attended (Northgate, Reepham, Taverham & Ormiston Victory Academy) as well as to Northgate, Reepham & Taverham for providing some superb Leaders for the activities. We will be back to run a similar event for both Year 8 & Year 7 pupils later in the Summer term!
