DAY OF CALM FORMAT:
Before your Day of Calm we will communicate and come up with a timetable/unique session for your school
I like to spend some time with each class (if possible)
You and your class will feel more calm and relaxed once I have been through the session
We will do exercises focussing on breathing, concentration and isolating your senses
We will do some Tai Chi style movements – which involve agility, balance and co-ordination, you will make your own routine up
We will write some positive statements/words (a mantra) to refer back to when you need a positivity boost!
However your school is working right now I will fit in and be flexible to meet your Health and Safety requirements.
