Year 5/6 will run around 1500m, and Year 3/4 around 1200m - these distances are in line with the English Schools Athletics Association guidelines for Cross Country in Primary Schools.
Teams of 6 per year group - Y3/4/5/6 – therefore maximum squad per School is 24 pupils. Team composition - 3 boys & 3 girls for each year.
