Nearly 150 Active Kids Get Events Underway!

Nearly 150 children from Years 2 to 4 took part in our first ever Active Kids Festival held at Easton Tennis Centre and enjoyed a wide range of fun games!

The children got to take part in 8 different games & activities, all led by the Yr10 students from Taverham High who kept the pupils engaged, enthused and entertained throughout the morning.

All staff who attended the event were given a resource pack to take back to School which contained all of the games covered throughout the morning in the hope that a club could be established back at the School sites.

It was a fantastic morning full of smiles and it was great to see so many children who perhaps find PE a struggle getting really stuck into the games & activities.

Thanks must go to the Tennis Centre at Easton College for hosting us, the brilliant Leaders from Taverham High for running the activities so well and for the 11 Schools who came along and supported the event - thank you!
