Fun & Smiles at Adapted Sports Day!

Over 120 children from across the Partnership came together at the Sportspark to take part in ouir annual KS2 Adapted Sports Day.

Designed for children in mainstream education with SEN and/or a disability there were a multitude of sports to try out all delivered by a team of expert Coaches & Instructors highly skilled in adapting sports for maximum participation and lots of fun!

The Sports available were Boxing, Table Cricket, Table Tennis, Boccia, Tennis & Rugby and it was great to see a huge number of smiling faces throughout the day and to receive some fantastic feedback from staff & parents as the activities came to a close.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the Coaches & Instructors for doing a brilliant job with the children and providing such a fantastic opportunity for them all. Thanks must also go to the staff from the attendiong Schools for getting their Children ready & prepared for the day and giving their pupils such a wonderful experience.

Next month will see our first ever KS1 Adapted Sports Day and we're sure it will be just as well received as the KS2 event was!
