School Games Handball a Go for Girls!

As part of our 2018/19 School Games program Yr7/8 girls from around the SSP took part in our first ever Handball competition!

Held at taverham High School, 4 teams from 3 Schools came together to battle it out for a place at the County finals in February where they will represent WNDSSP.

It was a great night of sport with lots of smiles, lots of talent and lots of enjoyment on display for all to see. Congratulations to Neatherd 'A' who saw off a tough challenege from Reepham, a spirited Taverham team & a dogged Neatherd 'B' to top the Group and take the qualification spot.

Thanks to Taverham for hosting, and to the Teachers for taking the whistles and officaiting so well. On to the Boys competition next week!
